 Apollo 13
Below are tables briefly summarising each of the manned Apollo missions. Apollos 2-6 are omitted as these were unmanned test excercises, 2 and 3 being ground-based and 4-6 being flights.

Of those missing landing dates or other details, Apollo 1 was a manned ground test in which all three crew tragically died in a cabin fire on 27 Jan 1967. Apollos 7 and 9 were Earth-orbiting manned tests, and Apollos 8 and 10 orbited the Moon without landing and returned to Earth. Apollo 13, of course, was aborted en route to the Moon when a fuel tank exploded.

The landing astronauts were encouraged to take sets of photos panning across the landscape, many of which were subsequently assembled into panoramic views. The tables include a panorama for each of the six missions which successfully landed.
