Inconstant Moon is the creation of Kevin Clarke, who has for many years rejoiced in the title of Computer Consultant.

He lives in Solihull, in central England, with his wife Melanie and dog Barney, and intermittently with son Adam (off studying medicine) and daughter Kirsty (away studying Fine Art Sculpture).
